A Taste of Lansdowne

The Steering Committee of the Lansdowne Arts Festival cordially invites you and a guest to the “A Taste of Lansdowne” Pre-Show Reception and Art Sale featuring delicacies from our town!

The event will be at the Twentieth Century Club located at 84 South Lansdowne Avenue, Lansdowne, Pennsylvania. For $25 per person or $50 per couple, on Friday, September 9, 2011 between 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., you get to savor Hors d’oeuvres, the Champagne Bar, Crudités and the Water Bar.

Art Space Lansdowne

A new business has just opened in downtown Lansdowne – Art Space Lansdowne. According to the website, Art Space Lansdowne’s mission is “To provide a comfortable, inspirational environment for artists, art instructors, and art students to create, learn and share their knowledge and love of all things artistic”.

Art Space Lansdowne will offer three valuable and important services for the arts community:

  1. Hourly Rentals of classroom space to teach art to students or use to create your art.
  2. Art classes that are facilitated and advertised by Art Space Lansdowne.
  3. Art events such as First Fridays, wine and cheese receptions, and art brunches. Events held at Art Space Lansdowne will offer artists a year-round venue to sell their art.
